DESCRIPTION:Invitation to attend Plant Identification Training sponsored by the LTLMD \nPlease plan on attending a training session on June 8 put on by Dave Blumer of LEAPS. Dave will show us examples of Invasive Species. This includes Curly Leaf Pondweed as we are managing in our lake today. It also includes showing us samples of Zebra Muzzles and Eurasian Milfoil. Dave will also show us types of native vegetation that is good for our lake and something that we want to have existing in our lake. \nThis session is on Sunday June 8 at 4:00p.m. We will meet at the East landing off of 12 ½. Meet at the east boat landing at 9:45am or before. Will be leaving at 10. Wheeling to Baron with side-trip on the trails behind the Use Area. Will stop several times on the trail for refreshments–bring what you wish. We will also make a stop at the Poskin Lake Resort on the way out and Roxie’s on the way back. Everyone is welcome–bring your friends and family. This is a great way to continue with our fun filled summer lake activities. I look forward to seeing you all.  You will want to make sure your machine is registered and licensed for the trails.
