DESCRIPTION:This is the 2016 Annual Meeting of the Lower Turtle Lake Association.  Meetings are held in the Almena (Township) Town Hall located at 211 Soo Ave. W.\, in Almena\, WI  54805 and begin at 9:00 am.  The elected members of the Assocation will discuss current activities such as the ice cream social\, poker run\, paddling event and annual picnic. \nDrawings for two $50.00 gift cards for the Holiday Gas Station/Convenience Store in Almena will be held immediately following the regular annual meeting. People who have paid their 2016 LTLA membership dues by the time of the drawing will be eligible for this drawing. \nElection of Board Members – The offices of President\, Vice President\, Secretary\, Treasurer and one Board Member are up for election. At one time\, the offices of Secretary and Treasurer were one office – Secretary/Treasurer. At that time the offices of President and Secretary/Treasurer expired on one year and the office of Vice President expired the next. The separation of the Secretary/Treasurer positionand a subsequent oversight resulted in all four officer positions expiring at the same time. In order to provide continuity on behalf of the Lower Turtle Lake Association\, the Board requests that this year the election of the President and Treasurer be for the regular 2 year term and the election of the Vice President and Secretary be for a 1 year term.
