SUMMARY:Almena Fun Days and Craft Show
DESCRIPTION:Almena Fun Days and Craft Show is an annual event in the Village of Almena\, WI.\nJOIN US FOR TRACTOR AND TRUCK PULLING\, FOOD\, BEVERAGES & ENTERTAINMENT! \n  \nThe 43rd annual Almena Fun Days takes place Friday and Saturday\, Aug. 1 and 2\, at the village’s Shadyside Park. It is organized by the Almena Community Club\, which bills it as the “biggest small town truck and tractor pull in northern Wisconsin.” \n  \n\nThe fun continues Saturday with a pancake breakfast from 8-11 a.m. at Nordquist Trucking with a freewill donation. It is followed by the Central Wisconsin ATV Pullers with registration at 11 a.m. and the pull at noon. For all kids\, a state-sanctioned pedal pull starts at 4 p.m. The finale of fun is the truck pull\, with registration at 5 p.m. and the pull starting at 7 p.m. \n\n\n\nAdmission to the pulls is free. Food and beverages are available on the grounds; no carry-ins. Fest sponsors are the Almena Fire Department\, Knights of Columbus\, Synergy\, Nordquist Trucking\, Dairy State Bank and St. Croix Casino. \n\nAttendees can buy raffle tickets for a gun\, and there will also be a 50/50 Board. \nALMENA FUN DAYS ACTIVITIES INCLUDE: \n\nCompetition in Farm Stock\n4 x 4 Unlimited Farm Ready/Field Ready\nImproved Farm Stock Turbo\nPro Farm (Hot Farm)\nDairyland Garden Tractor Pull\nWisconsin State Sanctioned Children’s Pedal Pull\nTruck pull\, with competition in the following 6\,200-pound 4 x 4 categories:\n\nImproved Stock\nProstock\nSuperstock\nModified\n\n\n8\,000 pound Limited Prostock Tractor\n2.5 Diesel 4 x 4\nModified 2-Wheel Drive Trucks.\n\nCarry-ins are not permitted.
