Rutabagas, the world's most neglected vegetable, get their annual props from the good folks in Cumberland this weekend. Located roughly eighty-five miles from the Twin Cities, Cumberland hosts their annual Rutabaga Festival. Highlights include Saturday's hot pepper eating contest and Sunday's parade plus live music.
